International Distributors Changes Name To Premium Guard

International Distributors USA Inc. (IDUSA) has formally changed its corporate name to Premium Guard Inc. (PGI) “to reflect the true market identity of the company,” the firm said.

NEW YORK CITY – International Distributors has formally changed its corporate name to Premium Guard Inc. (PGI) “to reflect the true market identity of the company,” the firm said.

The new branding also includes the introduction of a new corporate logo.

“International Distributors does not represent the nature of our business,” said Anan Bishara, CEO and president of PGI. “PGI offers a tremendous added value to its customers beyond distribution. Rebranding the company reflects the successful growth of our business model, as well as key business expansions and upcoming acquisitions.”

The new company name was derived from the company’s Premium Guard brand of automotive filters and supplies. Since debuting in 2001, the brand has become a leader in the automotive filters aftermarket value segment, according to the company.

“PGI has a global supply network of automotive replacement parts and serves all segments of the automotive aftermarket retail and traditional channels,” the company said in a news release. “PGI offers retailers, buying groups and WDs a platform for a complete ‘private label solution,’ including product design, engineering, quality control, supply chain management, distribution, logistics, marketing, electronic cataloging and field support.”
