Women in Auto Care, a community of the Auto Care Association, presented the award at AAPEX in Las Vegas.

“The website has been newly reimagined and provides customers with a more streamlined experience for finding and purchasing the right automotive filter,” Purolator explained in a news release. “It is fully responsive, offering a mobile-friendly experience, whether it be for do-it-yourselfers or industry experts.”

The website gives access to simple yet robust navigation and content, as well as a refreshed and modernized design. A new part finder has been introduced to help customers find the correct parts for their vehicles instantly.

Additionally, an enhanced “where to buy” functionality using geotargeting from Google Maps enables customers to find products quickly and conveniently locate retailers that sell Purolator products.

The site features product animations and videos that offer informative articles and tools to provide their customers with the right products for their specific needs and driving habits.

“We have made a concerted effort to help consumers and technicians find the resources that they need, quickly and easily, elevating the user experience,” said Tina Davis, senior marketing manager of brand and communications at MANN+HUMMEL Purolator Filters. “We have gotten very positive reviews from our customers about the new website, and we are truly honored to receive this award from the Women in Auto Care association.”

The Women in Auto Care Automotive Communications Awards recognize companies and agencies that provide automotive information through outstanding advertising, marketing and public relations efforts. Award recipients are recognized at the Women in Auto Care press conference and reception held during AAPEX.
